I know your familiar with Pina Colada made with pineapples, but make any “Colada” with your favorite fruit. i.e. Peach Colada.

Mango Colada

You can't go wrong with coconut and mangoes in this tasty treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cups mango frozen
  • 1/4 cup date syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Date Syrup

  • 1 cup Medjool dates soaked overnight

Instructions

Date Syrup

  1. To make date syrup: soak 1 cup medjool dates overnight with enough water to cover the top and use the soak water(date syrup) which now has a syrupy consistency.

Smoothie

  1. Add all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
