Cream of Broccoli Soup
Rich and Creamy Dairy Free Raw Vegan Soup.

Ingredients
Veggies
- 4 cups broccoli chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 cup red onions sliced
- 1/4 cup celery diced
- 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Creamy Base
- 2 cups cashew soaked for at least an hour
- 2 cups water warm and filtered
- 2 Tablespoons Bragg's liquid amino
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoons sea salt
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and marinate in the olive oil, lemon juice, and sea salt.
- Soften in dehydrator for about 20 minutes on 110 degrees. (optional)
For the Cream Base
- Place all ingredients for the cream base in the food processor and blend until smooth and creamy with the s-blade or in a blender.
- Add marinated vegetables to the base and enjoy.
