Ingredients

  • 2 cups cashews soaked for at least 1 hour
  • 2 bananas frozen
  • 5 medjool dates large size soaked for at least 1 hour
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • sea salt just a pinch

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.
  2. Strain using a Nut Milk Bag or a strainer.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
