- 3 cups lentils
- 10 cups water
- 1 yellow onion small sized onion diced
- 3 carrots medium sized carrots sliced or diced
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 Tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 Tablespoon dried basil
- 1 Tablespoon celery salt
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
Instructions
- Add lentils to water in a large pot.
- Add veggies.
- Add spices.
- Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 1 hour.
