You can't go wrong with coconut and mangoes in this tasty treat.

Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 cups mango frozen
- 1/4 cup date syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Date Syrup
- 1 cup Medjool dates soaked overnight
Instructions
Date Syrup
- To make date syrup: soak 1 cup medjool dates overnight with enough water to cover the top and use the soak water(date syrup) which now has a syrupy consistency.
Smoothie
- Add all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
