Ingredients

  • 1 cup mangoes frozen or other fruit like strawberries, blueberries, etc
  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 cup kale greens
  • 4 medjool dates soaked
  • 1 cup almond milk or any other plant based milk or water

Instructions

  1. Blend greens and water first then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
