Ingredients

  • 3 sweet potatoes (large) cut into wedges with the skin on
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Coat potatoes with coconut oil and sea salt, place on baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes, flipping potatoes over halfway through.
