Ingredients

  • 3 cups lentils
  • 10 cups water
  • 1 yellow onion small sized onion diced
  • 3 carrots medium sized carrots sliced or diced
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 Tablespoon celery salt
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add lentils to water in a large pot.
  2. Add veggies.
  3. Add spices.
  4. Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for about 1 hour.
