- 1 teaspoon lemon juice or lime juice
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons parsley fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves fresh thyme chopped
- 2 Tablespoons scallions chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
