Raw vegan twist on traditional apple pie, as a bonus it's also gluten free.

Ingredients

  • 3 apples peeled, cored, and shredded
  • 1/4 cup dates soaked and chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except pecans.
  2. Put in a mini pie pan and sprinkle pecans on top.
